EGO Horbury is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to lead a section in our kitchen and help train the team to deliver great food with consistency. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service and a high standard of execution in every shift.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef De Partie or similar in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor kitchen team and uphold brand standards.
• Passion for great food and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
