Job summary

The Fox in the Premium Country Pubs portfolio, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is looking for a Part Time Chef De Partie who loves great food and training teams to create warm, welcoming experiences for guests.

You’ll run a kitchen section, prep ahead of service, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and cook to spec while collaborating with a motivated team in a premium pub setting.

As a Part Time Chef De Partie at the Fox, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one.
