Goffs Oak is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a kitchen section and mentor the team in a busy pub environment. You will ensure brand standards are met, prep thoroughly before service, and maintain high levels of cleanliness and safety.

You will cook to spec, know the menu inside out, and contribute to a positive guest experience in a premium dining setting.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to mentor team members and maintain brand standards.
• Strong focus on cleanliness and safety in line with regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor Chefs and Kitchen staff across the section.
• Run a kitchen section and ensure smooth service.
• Prepare everything needed before service and maintain quality.
• Cook to spec and have full menu knowledge.
