EGO - Worcester is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie who is passionate about great food, training teams, and guest satisfaction. You’ll run a kitchen section, ensuring the brigade works as one and delivers consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to mentor chefs and kitchen staff.
• Strong standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Knowledge of brand standards.

• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
