Job summary

Browns Exeter is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie to lead a kitchen section under the Browns Brasserie and Bar brand. You will train and mentor kitchen team members, ensuring brand standards and smooth service delivery.

You will prepare for service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and know the menu inside out to deliver high-quality dishes and a memorable guest experience.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section and coordinate station duties.
• Prepare everything needed before service.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Know the menu inside out and cook to specification.

As a Part Time Chef De Partie at Browns Exeter, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your kitchen team are working together as one.
