Job summary

White Swan in Birmingham is seeking a Part Time Chef De Partie who is passionate about delivering great food and helping train a talented kitchen team. You will run a section, ensure mise en place before service, and work with the team to keep high standards across every service.

You’ll join Premium Country Pubs with a focus on premium dining experiences. The role offers flexible shifts, development opportunities, and a supportive environment where staff are encouraged to grow and excel.
