Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Chef de Partie at the Golden Heart within Premium Country Pubs. You will run a kitchen section, mentor Chefs and kitchen staff, and ensure service meets our brand standards with pride and consistency.

You will work in a premium pub environment, with opportunities to grow, training support, and a supportive team culture. Flexible shifts and staff discounts are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie role requires ability to run a kitchen section with leadership of kitchen team.

• Be a champion of brand standards with the ability to mentor Chefs and Kitchen team members.
• Run a section.
• Prepare everything that is needed before service.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Cook to spec and know the menu inside out.
