Job summary

Mitchells & Butler s plc, on behalf of Miller & Carter Washford Mill, is seeking a part-time Chef to master our steak-focused menu and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. You will work with a team to deliver dishes you can be proud of and help guests feel valued from the moment they are seated.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work to high standards and follow recipes.
• Willingness to learn and support others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place before service.
• Cook dishes to spec and keep the menu knowledge up to date.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
