Mitchells & Butler's Miller & Carter in Newcastle is seeking a part-time Chef to master our menu, work with a strong team, and deliver dishes guests love. You’ll cook to order, maintain high standards, and help keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise-en-place before service.
• Cook dishes to menu specifications and maintain quality.
• Uphold high levels of cleanliness and food safety throughout shifts.
