Job summary

B&Q Nelson is hiring a part-time Customer Advisor for 20 hours per week on a 3-month fixed-term contract. Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with a £13.10 per hour rate. You’ll become an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement needs and supporting click & collect and in-store displays.

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and helpful with customers.
• Willing to learn new technology and ways of working.
• Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

• Sell at checkouts and assist with click & collect and displays.
• Ensure the store looks inviting and runs smoothly for customers.
