Job summary

One Retail is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee catering and service operations at a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (30 hours/week). The role emphasizes delivering exceptional food and world-class customer service while leading teams and maintaining brand standards.

Applicants should have at least two years in catering, a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and service.
• Communicating with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining brand image.
• Liaising between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.
• Training teams and leading from the front to ensure everyone excels.
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
