Compass Group UK&I is recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor for a major High Street brand on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You’ll oversee kitchens and service counters, ensuring exceptional food and customer service while driving KPIs and team performance.

• Two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a catering environment.

• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to high standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain service quality.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and culinary/service teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front.
