Job summary

South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture is seeking a Catering Assistant at Chatelherault Country Park in Hamilton. The role involves food preparation and service, as well as maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and event support.

No formal catering experience is essential as full training is provided; REHIS qualification is desirable. Week patterns include a two-week rota with varied start times, and the post is fixed-term until 31 March 2027.
