Page Personnel in London is recruiting for a CASS Governance & Compliance role. You will oversee day-to-day CASS 7 compliance, maintain governance frameworks, and manage the Resolution Pack.

Prepare committee packs, coordinate the annual CASS audit, and provide guidance to Finance and Operations teams. The role requires extensive CASS knowledge, FCA engagement experience, and the ability to translate regulatory changes into practical processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a CASS-focused role within an FCA-regulated firm that holds client money.
• Strong knowledge of CASS 7, including client money segregation, reconciliations and calculations.
• Familiarity with CASS 7A and CASS 10 and applying principles in practice.
• Experience with CMAR reporting and FCA breach notification processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day compliance with CASS 7 requirements and maintain governance framework.
• Prepare, review and enhance CASS Committee packs and drive key actions.
• Maintain CASS policies, procedures and the Resolution Pack.
• Manage the CASS breach and incident register and document breaches.
• Provide oversight of institutional funder monies and regulatory changes.
• Review, validate and submit CMAR returns; liaise with auditors for the CASS audit.
• Act as subject matter expert on CASS requirements and assess impact of changes.
• Deliver guidance and training to Finance and Operations teams; develop cover arrangements.
