Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time site manager for an industrial estate in Bargoed.

The hours are flexible, 3 hours a day (Monday to Friday), on a self-employed basis.

Main duties include: grass cutting, weeding, litter picking, and cleaning the small toilet block daily.

Good customer service with tenants is a key part of this job.

The rate of pay is £13 per hour, plus a very attractive bonus scheme based on lettings.

We are looking for someone to start within the next 2 weeks.
