Salary: £25,584 - £26,835 Pro Rata | Grade 4

Hours: 25 Hours Per Week
We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed individual to join our school as a caretaker. The successful candidate will be required to work 25 hours per week to ensure the school is opened and closed at the designated times, in the approved condition of occupancy, together with other duties as set out in the job description including site security, cleaning as required, boiler duties/energy conservation, general maintenance tasks and minor repairs. Cover of second caretaker as and when required.
The hours of work are 2:00pm until 7:00pm on Wednesdays, and 7:00am until 12 noon and 2:00pm until 7:00pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A comprehensive screening process will be undertaken on all applicants which will include an Enhanced check with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
