The role requires a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and strong communication, organisational and people skills. A flexible rota supports morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts.

• Experience as Team Leader or Senior Support Worker.
• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification required.
• Strong communication, organisational and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers.
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with care standards.
• Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs.
• Managing rotas, documentation, and liaising with families and professionals.
