ExtraCare's Earlsdon Park Retirement Village in Coventry is hiring a Care and Support Worker. You will provide domiciliary care, assist residents with personal care, and support social activities in a friendly team.

We seek compassionate, patient individuals who communicate clearly, are flexible with hours, and can work across a rota including weekends and bank holidays. Part-time roles offer meaningful work and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a care certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification.
• Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.
• Passionate about delivering a quality care service.

Responsibilities

• Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities.
• Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
• Encourage independence and self-belief
• Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
