You will work as part of a team, provide discreet service, and help in delivering exceptional customer experience while respecting residents' privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a care home environment is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is required.
• Enhanced DBS disclosure is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in housekeeping to maintain hotel-standard interiors and laundry.
• Perform duties professionally with minimal disruption to residents.
• Support events and marketing by keeping internal areas presentable.
• Work with the team to deliver housekeeping and ensure safety and confidentiality.
• Be proactive in addressing residents' needs and maintain high standards.
