Main duties of the Part-time Care Coordinator role:

• Be the first point of contact for new and existing Service Users and Care Workers
• Handle initial enquiries from prospective service users and their families
• Rostering staff to ensure safe service delivery to clients
• Liaise with other professionals involved in service users' care
• Assist with recruiting new care workers
• Monitor care workers and conduct supervisions and appraisals
• Support safeguarding, incident, and complaint handling as required
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards

What We Are Looking For In a Successful Candidate:

• A full UK driving license
• Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
