Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a care role.
• Driver's license required, own vehicle advantageous.
• Part-time Branch Team Leader: previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Undertake initial assessments for new service users to ensure person-centred care.
• Report to the care manager any issues regarding care of service users.
• Monitor day-to-day standards of a team of care workers; include specialist teams where appropriate.
• Maintain records (written or computerised) in line with policies and procedures.
• Deputise in the absence of the care coordinator and care manager.
• Provide cover in other areas as required.
• Take part in an on-call rota to deliver care in emergencies.
