Job Description:

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will support seniors to remain independent in their own homes, providing personalized care based on shared experiences and interests. You should be kind, compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy, with a passion for supporting others and delivering outstanding service. Building respectful friendships and being flexible to meet clients’ needs is essential.

Your role involves community-based care within clients' homes, with flexible hours based on your availability:

• 07:00-14:00
• 07:00-15:00
• 12:00-17:00
• 17:00-23:00

Optional overtime is available upon request.

Qualifications:

No prior experience or qualifications are necessary, though experience with older people is beneficial. A driving license and access to your own vehicle are advantageous for community-based care.
