Join An Award-Winning Care Team as a Part-Time Support Worker (24 Hours per week)
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young adults with neurological disorders and learning disabilities? My client, an award-winning, privately-owned care company based in Crawley, is seeking a Part-Time Support Worker / Care Assistant to join their team and help transform lives.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting one client on their journey to independence, helping them achieve personal goals, build confidence, and reclaim their lives. This isn’t just a job it’s an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred support that empowers individuals to live happy and fulfilling lives.
Pay Rate: £13.20 per hour.
Location: Crawley and surrounding areas.
Your Responsibilities
Foster independence by encouraging clients to plan their futures and achieve their goals.
Support clients with daily activities tailored to their interests and abilities not just routine care tasks.
Provide compassionate, personalised care that builds meaningful relationships.
Help clients secure employment, make new friends, and even move into their own homes.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with one individual rather than visiting multiple clients daily. You’ll receive full training to help you excel and grow in this rewarding position.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with a positive outlook on life and a passion for supporting others. Ideal candidates will have:
A fun, caring, and compassionate personality.
Previous experience in care or a related field (preferred but not essential).
The ability to provide empathetic, high-quality care.
A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work.
The right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available).
