Job Description

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will support seniors to remain independent in their own homes, providing personalized care based on shared experiences and interests. Your role involves building trusting relationships, being reliable and trustworthy, and supporting clients with flexibility to meet their needs.

You will be based within the community, providing care in clients' homes with hours that suit your availability, including:

• 07:00-14:00
• 07:00-15:00
• 12:00-17:00
• 17:00-23:00

Optional overtime is available upon request.

Qualifications

No experience or specific qualifications are required, though experience with older adults is beneficial. A driving license and access to your own vehicle are advantageous for community-based care.
