Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Clinical/Counselling Psychologist or qualified CBT Therapist to join the CAMHS team in Bath & North East Somerset for maternity cover.

You will deliver CBT/psychological assessments and interventions, contribute to risk management, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a developing service with strong supervision and peer support.

Qualifications

• Doctoral level training in clinical/counselling psychology or Master/Diploma in CBT with core MH qualification.
• HCPC registration or equivalent is required.
• BABCP accreditation for CBT Therapists desirable.
• Evidence of continuing professional development as recommended by the relevant body.

Responsibilities

• Provide CBT/psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions as part of CAMHS care plans.
• Contribute to multi-agency work with young people and families.
• Assess and identify risk; develop care and risk management plans.
• Provide supervision to team members.
• Deliver group and team-based interventions.
• Offer consultation to colleagues and wider organisation.
