NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a part-time (0.6 wte) Band 8a clinical lead within SET CAMHS Mid Essex, based in Chelmsford. The post seeks an experienced psychologist or psychological therapist with registration to provide clinical leadership and senior clinical oversight in a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise, mentor colleagues, contribute to service development, and participate in CPD and leadership opportunities, while delivering specialist assessment and therapeutic

Qualifications

• Professional training and registration in psychology or psychological therapy.
• Experience in clinical leadership within CAMHS or equivalent.
• Mentoring and developing colleagues; involvement in CPD and leadership opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist psychological service for children and adolescents with emotional and mental health problems.
• Contribute to MDT assessment and treatment within SET CAMHS.
• Undertake highly specialist clinical work and urgent assessments; provide supervision and consultation.
