One Retail, part of Compass Group UK&I, is recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to help run day-to-day cafe operations in a major High Street location. This 18-hour-per-week role requires supervising frontline staff, managing orders, and ensuring food handling and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment for staff.
• Being a responsible key holder and assisting with weekly bookwork.
• Producing weekly rotas following manager guidelines.
• Placing orders to maintain stock levels and delegating as needed.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
