Job summary

Booker in Eccles is hiring for part-time Customer Service roles. We have 3 positions at 22.5 hours and 1 at 16 hours per week, with shift patterns including early mornings and weekends. You will be part of a dynamic team delivering great service, keeping shelves stocked and assisting customers across a fast-paced store.

We value a can-do attitude, reliability and punctuality, and welcome applicants with experience in Wholesale or Retail. 5+ days operation may apply with varying hours.

Qualifications

• Experience within Wholesale or Retail preferred.
• Must have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile.
• Be always on time and properly presented.

Responsibilities

• Keep shelves stocked and ensure fast service through tills.
• Assist with deliveries and accurate picking for orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find what they need.

About the role

*This is a Part Time position.

We have 3 roles going x2 at 22.5 hours and 1 -16 hours

16 Hours-06:00-14:30-Friday and Saturday

22.5 Hours-Thursday, Fri And Saturday 06:00-14:30 Or Mon, Tue, Wed-06:00-14:30

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times.)

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

You will be responsible for

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.

You will need

Ideally experience within the Wholesale or Retail environment
