Job summary

Booker is hiring a part-time team member who brings a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, helping customers find what they need, keeping shelves stocked and ensuring speedy till service.

We operate 5/7 days a week; check our website for specific opening times. Applicants must be aged 17 or over.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience within wholesale or retail environment.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and passion for customer service.
• Be willing to go the extra mile and always on time and presentable.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
