Hawk Hiring in Harlow is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong Sage proficiency for a flexible part-time role.

Based in a long-established, family-run automotive workshop, you will own day-to-day accounts, manage ledgers, reconcile figures, handle payroll and VAT returns, and maintain well-organized records.

Hours are 10–15 per week with a salary of £15.00 per hour, and a friendly, supportive team, on-site parking, and a steady workload.

Qualifications

• Experience with Sage accounting software.
• Payroll processing experience preferred.
• Managing payables/receivables and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage core sales and purchase ledgers and reconciliations.
• Handle payroll and maintain employee records.
• Prepare routine figures for month-end and VAT returns.
