Robert Draper Removals and Storage in Sevenoaks is seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk/Payroll Manager for a small, family-run business. The role is part-time with flexible hours (approximately 14 hours per week) and an immediate start.

You will handle invoicing and credit control in FreeAgent, process supplier bills, perform daily bank reconciliations, maintain storage accounts in Excel, and manage VAT, PAYE/NI, and payroll via Brightpay.

Qualificações

• Experience in bookkeeping and accounts administration.
• Familiarity with VAT returns and PAYE/NI processes.
• Ability to maintain precise records and ensure compliance with financial rules.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer invoices and credit control using FreeAgent.
• Process supplier bills and payments in FreeAgent.
• Daily bank reconciliations and monthly account reconciliation.
• Prepare employees’ wages and manage pension (Nest).
• Assist Office Manager and Accountant with year-end tasks and statutory returns.
