East Sussex Academy is seeking a Behaviour Mentor in Newhaven. This part-time/term-time role is based at ESA Newhaven and is offered with a pro rata salary.

You will support pupils, remain calm under pressure, and bring energy and enthusiasm to help improve behaviour and engagement. A DBS check is required; interviews are scheduled for the week of 2 November 2026 with a start date ASAP.
