Critically acclaimed and award-winning José Pizarro restaurant group is seeking a highly focused and experienced Bartender to join the team in our flagship restaurant, Pizarro, in the heart of vibrant Bermondsey Street.

About the Role

Led by Chef José Pizarro, known as the Godfather of Spanish food in the UK, this is your opportunity to join the Pizarro family. The role is very hands-on and requires someone passionate and proactive. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of service, often engaging directly with guests and participating in media segments or food plating alongside José Pizarro.
