We are seeking Full-Time/Part-Time skilled and experienced Baristas to join our team at WatchHouse XXX.

The ideal candidate will be genuine, confident, and skilled, ready to introduce customers to the Modern Coffee experience using top-tier equipment.

Key aspects of the role:

1. Work as part of your House team to create a vibrant, sociable environment.
2. Serve coffee and food, reflecting our diverse offerings, and support your team when needed.
3. Demonstrate exceptional hospitality, creating a warm, positive atmosphere.
4. Work at a specific site, with shifts from 6 am to 6 pm. Training will be provided.
5. Handle opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
6. Serve high-quality coffee with attention to detail, speed, and consistency.

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
• Proven hospitality skills, punctuality, adaptability, and strong work ethic.
• Team player capable of collaborating with a skilled team.
