The Kensington Hotel is seeking a Bar-Back to join The K Bar team in London. You will support the bar with preparation, cleaning, glassware care, and other adhoc tasks, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable drinks experience and keep coming back.

The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for drinks service and a willingness to go the extra mile to create exceptional guest experiences.

• Must be a team player with a passion for drinks service.
• Experience in hospitality or bar environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prep the bar for service and support the bar team.
• Clean the bar and glassware, wash and polish items.
• Assist with any other adhoc tasks to ensure smooth service.
