Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for Bar Personnel to support Defence on a part-time basis (24 hours per week). You will craft and serve drinks, deliver exceptional service, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment.

• Prepare blended drinks and serve high-quality food to delight customers.
• Maintain efficient bar service with focus on quality and speed.
• Keep the bar area clean and well organised.
• Have strong knowledge of beverages and how to present them.
• Process payments (cash and card) accurately.
• Be an enthusiastic team player and effective communicator.
• Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image.
• Comply with Food Handling, Hygiene, Health and Safety standards.
