Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting for Bar Staff to support Defence projects on a part-time basis, contracted to 18 hours per week. You will deliver drinks and handle payments while maintaining high standards of service and beverage knowledge across shifts.

The role emphasises excellent customer service, teamwork, and a professional, well-presented appearance in a security-conscious environment. 49.2 weeks/year contract.

Responsibilities

• Preparing perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers.
• Maintaining an effective bar service with an emphasis on high-quality, efficient service.
• Keeping the bar area clean.
• Having a perfect knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, how to prepare them and how they should be presented.
• Receiving and processing payments (cash and credit cards).
• Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator.
