Job summary

Compass Group UK is recruiting a Bar Staff member on a part-time basis to support Defence venues. You will prepare drinks, serve food, and maintain a clean, efficient bar service while delivering excellent customer care. Shifts follow a 4 out of 7 pattern across 27.5 hours weekly.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and a proactive attitude to maintain brand standards and high service levels in a busy environment.

• Processing payments (cash and card) and handling transactions.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service.
