Job summary

Lady Eleanor Holles School is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Rowing Coach to join the Rowing Department. The role is 20 hours per week, term-time with weekend work including Saturday mornings, and a fixed-term maternity cover from November 2026.

You will support the J16 and Senior squads and assist the DOR with admin, equipment, and race preparation. Based on LEH's facilities on the Molesey stretch of the Thames, the successful candidate will work with an experienced coaching team to develop

Qualifications

• Assist with running squad of rowers to national standard.
• Assist the Director of Rowing (DOR) with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Coach J16 and Senior Girls teams to a national standard.
• Track progress and development of rowers.
• Prepare crews for Schools Head and National Schools Regatta.
• Assist with transport of boats to regattas and loading/unloading.
