Wimbledon High School GDST is seeking an ambitious Assistant Head of Rowing to lead its rowing programme, inspiring pupils of all abilities to achieve their potential. You will coach across age groups and help plan training camps, while overseeing fleet maintenance and development.

Qualifications

• You will hold a recognised rowing coaching qualification or demonstrate equivalent coaching experience.
• Experience coaching within an educational setting is essential.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are required.
