Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager (Part Time) in Ely for around 30 hours per week. You will support the store manager to drive sales, KPIs and customer experience, while leading and developing the team and ensuring strong visual merchandising.

Your role involves coaching staff, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a welcoming in-store environment that reflects the Crew Clothing ethos.
