Job summary

The Devonshire Arms is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager in Lancashire to support the General Manager in leading the team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will motivate, coach and mentor staff to be their best, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Previous management or assistant manager experience in hospitality is desirable.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in delivering guest service and training teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Train, motivate and develop the team to deliver food, drink and service of a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to deliver memorable guest experiences and ensure repeat visits.
