Job summary

MITCHELLS & BUTLERS PLC is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager at the Odd Bottle. You will support the General Manager in leading your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, mentoring colleagues and managing the day-to-day running of the business, including covering duties as needed.

You will train, inspire and role-model excellent service, ensuring food, drink and hospitality are of the highest standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Able to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and mentor team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Cover duties as Duty Manager when required.
• Lead by example to deliver friendly, efficient service.

As Part Time Assistant Manager at the Odd Bottle, you'll bring your experience to the table, supporting the General Manager in leading your team to success.
