Job summary

University of Cambridge is seeking an Assistant Librarian for the Psychology division to lead departmental engagement, manage and develop the department's web presence, and support teaching, learning and research in the Biological Sciences Libraries. This fixed-term, part-time post requires strong collaboration, an innovative mindset, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

The role also involves training delivery, academic liaison, and ongoing website maintenance across the Department

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the department and external partners.
• Experience delivering teaching or training sessions, online or in-person.
• Strong customer service ethos with a proactive, responsive approach to enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions in partnership with staff and colleagues across SBS and SBS Libraries Team.
• Lead on managing and developing the Department's web presence and digital resources.
• Provide academic liaison support to PBST and support teaching, learning and research priorities.
