Job summary

The Forward Trust is seeking an experienced Addictions Counsellor for Clouds House on a part-time basis (21 hours per week, including two weekend shifts and one evening shift). You will deliver safe, client-centred therapeutic interventions, using 12 Step-informed principles and trauma-informed practice, to support recovery.

You will collaborate with Support, Facilities, Admissions and other teams to maintain high standards and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Qualified counsellor with Level 5 or above in counselling.
• Experience in residential addiction treatment settings.
• Ability to deliver structured individual and group interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred therapeutic interventions for recovery.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to maintain continuity of care.
• Uphold safeguarding, infection control, and good record keeping.
• Promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in all interactions.
