Porthaven Care Homes is seeking an Activities and Wellbeing Assistant at Chiltern Grange Care Home in High Wycombe. You will support the planning, creation and delivery of the home's leisure and wellness programme to encourage residents to participate in a wide range of engaging activities.

You will tailor activities to enhance the lives and holistic wellbeing of our residents. No care background is required as we provide a full training programme including NAPA Level 2, progression towards NAPA

Qualifications

• Excellent computer literacy and reading and writing skills.
• Clear communication with a wide variety of people, including residents.
• Creative and well organised with an interest in active ageing.

Responsabilités

• Support the planning, creation and delivery of the home's leisure and wellbeing programme.
• Ensure a programme of individual activities is available to residents.
• Tailor activities to deliver person-centred care and engage residents.
