Job summary

RG Consultancy are assisting our client in Leigh to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a part-time, permanent basis. The role is based in Leigh with flexible hours to suit your needs.

You will handle purchase and sales ledgers, process invoices and employee expenses, manage petty cash, and respond to supplier queries. You will also support the Finance Manager with ad hoc duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Purchase ledger and sales ledger duties
• Processing invoices
• Processing employee expenses
• Petty cash management
• Dealing with supplier queries over email and managing the accounts payable expenses
• Other ad hoc duties to support the Finance Manager as required
