Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an English, Maths, and Science Tutor to work with disengaged, at-risk and vulnerable learners. The role involves delivering 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in KS3/KS4 and improve engagement and attainment. The tutor should be able to work in the community or pupils' homes in Axminster, UK.

Start ASAP. This is a part-time contract position (6-15 hours per week per student) with a minimum rate of £27+ per hour.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent is required.
• Possess UK classroom teaching experience.
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
• Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.
