Job summary

Oakhill Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking a Part-Qualified Management Accountant to own the numbers behind a portfolio of operational business units, with a clear route to Finance Partner. You'll be hands-on from day one, handling invoicing, project financials, budgeting and forecasting, and supporting a finance systems migration.

This role offers exposure beyond transactional work, with opportunities to influence processes and steer the finance function as the business scales.

Qualifications

• AAT qualified, or studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
• Finance experience within professional services.
• Hands-on with transactional finance – data entry, invoicing, reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly billing, project financials and data accuracy for your business units
• Be the day-to-day finance contact for operational leads - resolving queries, flagging risk, spotting upsell
• Lead data validation and reconciliation through a live finance systems migration
• Support budgeting, forecasting and month-end reporting
• Help shape process improvement as the finance function scales

Fast-growing, multi-disciplinary professional services group. Newly created role, hands-on from day one, with a clear route to Finance Partner.

You'll own the numbers behind a portfolio of operational business units - invoicing, project financials, budgeting and forecasting - while playing a lead role in a finance systems migration. It's a role for someone who wants exposure well beyond the transactional, in a business that will genuinely back your progression.

What you'll need

• Strong Excel and a sharp eye for detail across high volumes of data


• Confident communicator, good under deadline pressure

Systems migration experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office.
