Vitae Financial Recruitment Ltd. East London is recruiting a proactive Management Accountant to join a growing finance team. The role is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

You will maintain the general ledger, support month-end processes and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities with multi-currency exposure. Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong ledger and month-end experience.
• Experience with reconciliations and multi-entity reporting.
• Comfortable with international entities and multi-currency environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post monthly journals, including accruals and prepayments.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations (bank, stock, intercompany and fixed assets).
• Support and deliver the month-end close process within deadlines.
• Produce monthly P&L analysis with commentary.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly EU VAT returns.
• Liaise with external accountants for statutory reporting and VAT queries.
• Produce monthly global client revenue.
